The heart of Impact Tasmania, is to see authentic connection between leaders through empowering individuals and churches to influence communities. In our society, the marginalised and the disenfranchised are in effect disempowered. We believe that empowered churches will in turn lead to empowered communities.
Work for the peace and prosperity of the city where I sent you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, for its welfare will determine your welfare. (Jeremiah 29:7)
We're believing that Impact Conference 2010 will be a strategic place for church leaders to connect and be inspired to take hold of this new decade and its unique opportunities. Together we can see the Kingdom of God advance across our state like never before.
It's not a time to reminisce about past glories - it's time for a generation to stand and allow God to speak into our collective future. We must be the generation that takes hold of what God has placed in front of us.
Together with our team, Alix and I would love to host you and your team at Impact Conference 2010, sending you back to your church refreshed, re-fueled and a little more equipped in your endeavours to make disciples and build the Kingdom.
We are looking forward to seeing you there!
