To ensure that Impact 2009 is a great experience for everyone, we are pleased to offer some great programs for kids and youth, but you'll have to be quick because numbers are limited.

Adult delegates

To ensure that you can completely relax while at conference, your registration cost includes dinner and supper on Thursday evening and morning tea, gourmet lunch and afternoon tea on Friday.

Impact Youth — Age 12 to 15

Impact Youth will combine with some of the adult Impact sessions together with their own action packed programme. It will run from 3pm until 10pm on Thursday, and from 8:30am until 4pm and 7:00pm until 10pm on Friday. Impact Youth registration cost includes dinner and supper on Thursday evening and morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Friday.

Impact Kids — Age 5 to 11

Day Program
Impact Kids day program will run from 2:30pm until 5:30pm on Thursday and 8:30am until 4:30pm on Friday. Impact Kids day registration cost includes all activities, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Friday.

Night Program
Impact Kids Night Program is only available for kids of adult delegates registering for Impact Conference. On Thursday the program will run from 5:30pm until 10:30pm and from 6:30pm until 10:30pm on Friday. Impact Kids night registration cost includes dinner and supper on Thursday and supper on Friday.

Impact Playgroup — Age 1 to 4

Please note: Impact Playgroup Kids must be accompanied by a full-time carer at all times and is only available for kids of adult delegates registering for Impact Conference.

Day Program
Impact Playgroup Kids day program will run from 2:30pm until 5:30pm on Thursday and 8:30am until 4:30pm on Friday. Impact Playgroup day registration cost includes facilities and activities, but all meals and snacks will be your responsibility.

Night Program
This year we offer a great night program for Impact Playgroup Kids. On Thursday the program will run from 5:30pm until 10:30pm and from 6:30pm until 10:30pm on Friday. Impact Playgroup Kids night registration cost includes facilities and activities, but all meals and snacks will be your responsibility.

Parents with babies

There will be a parenting area at the conference venue for adult delegates who are looking after babies up to 12 months.
