Due to the intimate style of the conference venue our numbers are limited. We encourage you and your team to register early and avoid disappointment.
MEALS
Your registration fee includes dinner on Thursday evening and morning tea and lunch on Friday.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE
For catering purposes, registrations for all delegates will close on Tuesday the 24th of August at 4pm or before if registrations reach capacity.
IMPACT PLAYGROUP
For children of delegates attending Impact Conference, we are pleased to offer child care for children between 1 and 4 years. The Impact Playgroup Kids venue is located at the conference site just 1 minute walk from the conference venue.
IMPACT PLAYGROUP KIDS - Day Program
Impact Playgroup Kids day program will run from 2:00pm until 5:30pm (unless your children are staying for the night program) on Thursday and from 8:30am until 5:00pm on Friday. The Impact Playgroup Kids day program registration fee includes all activities, afternoon tea on Thursday and morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Friday.
IMPACT PLAYGROUP KIDS - Night Program
Impact Playgroup Kids night program will run from 5:30pm (unless your children are staying over from the day program) until 10:00pm on Thursday. The Impact Playgroup Kids night program registration fee includes all activities, and supper.
PARENTS WITH BABIES
Due to the intimate style of sessions and the restrictions of the venue, we recommend making alternative arrangements for your baby (up to 12 months).
RESOURCE AREAS
CD's and DVD's of all sessions will be available at the conference as well as some great resource from our special guests and more.
